This coffee is proudly grown in one of Bolivia's best known coffee producing regions, La Paz, by producer and farmer Jony Machaca who established Aurora Machaca farm in 2011. 

Known for its small size and high yield, Red Catuai, a cross between Caturra and Mundo Novo, is celebrated globally, often ranking high in the Cup of Excellence.

This delicate, sweet coffee has tasting notes of vanilla sugar and grapefruit acidity.
